ID Parcel & Mail Solutions will be exhibiting at the Promat 2023 show in Chicago, IL March 20 - 23. We'll be at booth N9330. This is a unique opportunity for us to make new connections within our growing industry and to showcase our line of smaller, more cost-effective automation sorting systems.
Organizations that are looking for affordable, high-quality automation sorting solutions for lower volume applications, or that need to supplement existing larger systems that may have capacity limits during peak seasons should consider coming to meet us. We specialize in the design, build, and service of these systems for large and small manufacturing and shipping operations, 3PLs, fulfillment centers, and ecommerce companies.
When evaluating a lower cost system, it’s important to know that quality does not have to be a trade-off. ID Parcel and Mail Solutions is a nimble, experienced, and multi-skilled organization that works with operations to provide affordable solutions without sacrificing quality. We do so in a variety of ways. The most important being we identify the essential needs of our customers from the start and provide a turnkey solution. This way we can design a system that achieves critical goals with a lower price than high-speed equipment that can’t be fully utilized, and with small footprints for tighter space constraints and then provide long-term support.
Just like more expensive systems sold by larger companies, we build our systems with best-in-class technologies from leading manufacturers. Some of the quality subsystems that go into our systems include industrial conveyors from MK North America, Dalsa line scan cameras, Datalogic high-performance barcode imaging scanners, highly accurate scales form Wipotec, and robust sorting technologies from MHS, Regal Rexnord and us. These, along with other industrial components, are assembled into precision systems with flexible software that deliver many years of production.
Because we're a smaller organization we do not carry the significant overhead that many larger automation system providers do. Overhead has to be paid for and is passed on to the customer. The result is a higher priced product.
