Installation of displays begins at 8:00 am Wednesday, March 15, 2023 and continues until 5:00 pm Sunday, March 19, 2023. All displays must be completely installed by 5:00 pm Sunday, March 19, 2023. Complete show inspection will be conducted at 5:00 pm Sunday, March 19, 2023. No exhibitor may begin to dismantle its display before 3:00 pm Thursday, March 23, 2023. All exhibitor materials must be removed by 2:00 pm on Saturday, March 25, 2023. Please refer to the exhibitor manual for more details.

Registration Hours

Once your exhibit is reserved, you will be given a username and password which can be used at www.promatshow.com/listing to add to or update your show directory and online listing. Each exhibitor can be listed under product categories and under the solution center in which they are exhibiting. For listing(s) submitted after the deadline, your company name will be listed as it appears on your Application for Exhibit Space and your company will not be listed under any product categories. If you don't have your username and password, click here to request it.

Go to www.promatshow.com/listing and enter your username and password. This will enable you to enter your company listing for the online directory.

ProMat 2023 will be operated with best practices and taking into account all current sanitation recommendations to offer a safe environment for all participants.

We are closely monitoring developments and mandates from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), local public health officials and our venue partners in Chicago for guidance on how best to ensure the well-being of all attendees, exhibitors, partners and staff on site at ProMat 2023.

Potentially, regulations in place may require face masks for all individuals upon entry into McCormick Place. If so, masks will be available on site to all individuals who need one.

Comprehensive and thorough hygiene reminders will be in place throughout the entire campus.

McCormick Place has been awarded the GBAC Star™ Facility Accreditation. GBAC Star™ includes adhering to protocols in place for disinfection and cleaning of all public spaces, restrooms, meeting rooms, and high touch areas. The GBAC Star™ program is the gold standard for cleaning, disinfection and infectious disease prevention for prepared facilities.

Sanitizing stations will be set up throughout McCormick Place.

We will continue to update safety protocols as we approach the show.

Yes. ProMat 2023 offers complimentary shuttle buses between designated ProMat 2023 show hotels and McCormick Place. Bus schedules will be posted at McCormick Place and in each ProMat 2023 show hotel.

Once you elect to participate as an exhibitor, your company will be included on www.promatshow.com where visitors can browse your listing 24 hours a day, every day of the year. promatshow.com allows attendees to search for exhibitors by product category, keyword, company name, etc. Every exhibitor in ProMat 2023 gets a free listing on promatshow.com and ProMat 2023 offers exhibitors the opportunity to upgrade their online listings to a showcase booth listing at very economical pricing.

A Showcase listing on www.promatshow.com is a great way to increase your online exposure for very little investment. With a showcase, your listing will be highlighted in the exhibitor search results on the ProMat 2023 website. Showcase your solutions with photos, product literature and press releases. Include detailed information and video of your products. Provide visitors with multiple contacts so they can pose technical questions or make personal appointments to meet you on the show floor. Exhibitors can reserve time in the press conference room in the show hall for any media event. Call MHI Marketing at 704-676-1190 to reserve the room or email cmiller[at]mhi[dot]org. The room is reserved at no charge on a first-come, first-serve basis and is set-up classroom style for up to 50 people. All A/V and catering requirements are the responsibility of the exhibitor and must be ordered in advance. If you prefer to hold your press conference or media event in your booth, email cmiller[at]mhi[dot]org to include your event on the show schedule of events that will be mailed to the press before the show and posted in the Press Room. Your conference will also be posted in the ProMat 2023 Online Press Room.

As an exhibitor, MHI will display your press kits or other promotional information in the show Press Room where members of the trade and business press who cover the show will be looking for information about exhibiting companies. Fill your press kit with product news releases, photos, digital files on USB drives, company information and an invitation to learn more at your booth. You can ship up to 100 media kits to the press room at the show. Bring your press kits directly to the ProMat 2023 Press Room on Sunday, March 19, 2023 or ship materials to arrive between March 20 - 23, 2023 to:
