Schaltbau North America is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Schaltbau GmbH and was established in 2001 to support the North American customer base for its products. The product lines include contactors, snap-action switches, connectors, and electrical systems for the renewable energy market. Schaltbau was established over 90 years ago in Munich, Germany. We are experts in high voltage with a broad portfolio of products, including bidirectional DC contactors, providing products and expertise on charging stations, electric vehicles (from light duty to heavy duty), test bench systems, and other applications.
