Honeywell Forge Performance+ for Warehouses is a suite of cloud-based performance management modules that enables intelligent operations. The Site Performance module allows customers to view and analyze critical business metrics across the portfolio and understand where to prioritize their time--across productivity, operations, asset downtime, labor, and financial outcomes to lower the costs of production (aka cost per case shipped) and be able to meet their business goals.
The Site Performance module is designed to optimize three critical functionalities: operations planning & benchmarking, operations performance monitoring and operational & process intelligence.
Operations planning & benchmarking helps our customers improve operational efficiency across their whole portfolio. By being able to plan and benchmark their sites, shifts and functional areas, operations managers can get real-time visibility into how their workday is going and react to performance issues as they arise.
Operations performance monitoring allows our customers to have end-to-end visibility of their warehouse performance with out-of-the-box data integrations and is designed to predict bottlenecks with AI/ML models running on digital twins. Ops managers and site GMs get real-time, threshold-based notifications and smart recommendations to help prioritize their tasks, allowing the site to get back on track quickly.
Operational & process intelligence enables our customers to automate tedious and time-consuming manual processes which helps our users gain operational efficiency. This helps our customers to do more with less and reduce the cost of operations in their portfolio.
