Expectations and supply chain pressures continue to become more demanding and complex, requiring more integrated material handling solutions. Seegrid’s line of Palion AMRs are always evolving to support increasing needs throughout—and across—facilities.
Launched in 2022, Seegrid Palion Lift provides safe and reliable end-to-end task automation for low lift processes, intelligently acquiring and autonomously transporting payloads up to 3,500 pounds and securely placing them at heights of up to six feet for continuous automated workflows.
To fulfill more automation applications for our customers and foster AMR interoperability, Seegrid Palion Lift and Palion Tow Tractor now work in combination, to load and unload carts with no human intervention required. Not only does this automation mean improved safety, reliability, and throughput—but through coordinated movements between Seegrid Palion AMRs, the business case for our customers gets even stronger.
Innovation Statement
Previously a time-consuming and manual task, Seegrid Palion Lift and Palion Tow Tractor now work in combination to load and unload carts with no human intervention required. Through this innovation, Seegrid is extending the reach of automation for our customers.
Applicability
Purposefully designed for our customers’ automation needs, interoperability of Seegrid Palion AMRs now includes cart-loading and unloading with Seegrid Palion Lift and Palion Tow Tractor—enabling optimization of their existing workforce and improved operational efficiencies with expanded automation applications within their facilities.
